However, for those companies that have invested in websites, we do provide a link to your website.

A.Once your payment has been accepted and you have filled in the basic information regarding your business, the advertisement will appear instantly. Your business service description page will also appear instantly, once you have created the information you believe the consumer wants to know about you.

Q.Can I track success of advertising on your site?
A.Yes. We provide a quick contact form for each of our business subscribers. When you receive email enquiries from our site the email will clearly state were it is from. Also, we suggest that is good business practice to ask those customers who contact you by phone, how they found out about you. This business practice ensures that you are able to track the success of all forms of advertising media.

A.No. Your annual fee allows you an unlimited number of clicks.

A.Absolutely. We provide a secure ID and password, so that you can modify your listing anytime and as often as you wish in real-time.

Q.What if I forgot my password?
A.Navigate to your ad, click "edit ad" and click "forgot password". Your password will be emailed to you within minutes.

A.Your listing is for one whole year from the date your payment is processed. You will also be given preference for renewing your spot so that you do not lose it.

Q.What do you mean by Top10?
A.The idea for these sites was born out of frustration of not being able to find 10 quality local results for a given product or service. Top 10 refers to the quality and context of 10 solid results for a local product or service.

Q.Why do you accept only 10 listings?
A.These sites were originated to assist consumers in finding local service providers that can fulfill the services they were searching for. With many confusing directories on the web and the resulting inability for consumers to locate these local service providers, we have created a site that makes it simple for consumers to find and select a company that does provide these services. Other directory services do not limit the number to subscribers per business category. As a result, the consumer is faced with an overwhelming decision making process. Therefore, each of the 10 businesses has a equal chance of being first or tenth on the list each and every time.

Q.There doesn't appear to be a category for my business. Would you create one?
A.We have attempted to include all categories where there is a good expectation that 10 or more businesses exist for the metropolitan area. However, if we have missed a category that fits these criteria, we would be pleased to consider including it. If you could go the "contact us" page on our website and let us know what your category is, we will respond to you within 48 hours.
